Three learnings we learned at our OMR side event
Last week, we invited to an official side event as part of the Online Marketing Rockstar Festival 2019. On the subject of AI chatbots in digital customer communication, Thore Ladicke from (Facebook Germany), Anna-Soraya Hein (Dräger), Frederik Schröder (knowhere GmbH) and Patrick Zimmermann (knowhere GmbH) presented insights, options and a glimpse of the future. Following the three presentations, a panel of experts with Philipp Klattenberg, Account Executive at Hootsuite, Laurent Burdin, Digital Enthusiast & Founder at Space & Lemon GmbH and Anna-Soraya Hein, Social Media Manager at Drägerwerk AG & Co KG, answered many questions about AI chatbots.
