For a better understanding of the language

The AI feature Reassuring helps the chatbot to independently gain a better understanding of the language and sharpen the topics trained. What may sound complex happens within a few seconds. Users do not notice this process and even companies, i.e. chatbot owners, do not have to train the AI with question variants and formulations at any point. How it works

The AI mechanisms involved in reassuring are highly complex. However, it is very easy for you to use. Here you can find out step-by-step how reassuring works.

1. Chatbot receives a request

The chatbot receives a request that is either worded imprecisely, contains spelling mistakes or rather unknown synonyms.

2. Processing the request

The AI is not 100% sure which topic is meant. Like any request, this request is sent to moinAI LLM.

3. Deciding the topic

The AI decides which topic this request is most likely to belong to.

4. Suggest a topic

This topic is suggested to the user in the chat. The user now has the option to decide whether this was the topic in question.

5. Any sharpening of the topic

If the user chooses “yes”, this goes back to the moinAI LLM as a positive signal and adds further wording to the subject area.

6. learning process

The AI learns with every request, sharpens topics and usually provides users with a suitable answer even when uncertain.
