Meeting moinAI: The online marketing team
What makes moinAI special? On the one hand, of course, the great product itself — with a large number of great AI features and the potential to automate companies' customer communication.
On the other hand, employees at moinAI [by knowhere] naturally play a big and important role. Because it is only through their daily work that a great product like moinAI can be developed, optimized, marketed and supported.
For this reason, we would like to present the teams and some employees at moinAI. In focus today: The online marketing team.
The online marketing team at moinAI takes care of ads, website, content, layout, design and much more.

How long have you been with us?
Since we had the idea for Knowhere on a couch and the GmbH was founded a few months later, i.e. in 2015.
What tasks do you have?
My day usually starts with a brief consultation with the other shareholders. I then look at our performance marketing KPIs and go through my to-do list for the day.
In addition, there is everything that concerns our website. Creating and designing new landing pages, for example, or the technical implementation of our tracking.
As a team lead in marketing, I also have the honor of leading three TipTop colleagues. In two smaller meetings a week, we keep up to date with everything that's happening and discuss upcoming ToDos.
What do you particularly like about your work?
The variety of topics you come into contact with and the working environment. I'm very happy with the whole team. How we interact with each other and work together is fun and motivates me anew every day.

You live in Hamburg, what is your favorite place there?
Altona balcony but around the corner. Not with the statue!
How long have you been with us?
I have been with moinAImoinAImoinAI since the end of 2019.
What tasks do you have?
My area of responsibility is very diverse, but no matter what I do, it usually has something to do with content. For example, I take care of the content of our linked posts, write about new product updates as soon as there are any and write the newsletter.
In general, there is always a lot to do on our website: new concepts and texts for landing pages that present our moinAI product and the appropriate features in an understandable and good way, plus our Chatbot lexicon.
My favorite task: Working with our in-house chatbot Moini, optimizing content and seeing how it interacts and converses with users!
What do you particularly like about your work?
On the one hand, I like the variety of tasks and the fact that I can deal with such an innovative product as moinAI on a daily basis — because it never gets boring.
On the other hand, I really like the working atmosphere we have and the great collaboration with my colleagues! I am always happy to work with such friendly, clever and humorous people.

You live in Hamburg, what is your favorite place there?
That is actually very difficult to define. But right now I always like going to the Planten & Blomen park. The beautiful flowers, trees, and plants there are a nice change from the screen. And almost every time, you discover a new corner where you can sit and stretch your nose at the sun. Assuming the sun shows up, that is unfortunately not always the case in Hamburg — I will probably never get used to that even as a native of Hamburg.
How long have you been with us?
I have been working for moinAI since October 2022.
What tasks do you have?
As a working student in graphic design, I support the marketing team with visual communication and branding, e.g. designing graphics and animations for our social media channels and website. I also support the team with print media, such as case studies or products for trade fairs, such as flyers, posters, exhibition walls and the like.
What do you particularly like about your work?
The most important thing I like about my work is the relaxed working atmosphere, transparent communication and trust between team members. These factors ensure that I can develop creatively and that we can achieve great results together.

You live in Marburg, what is your favorite place there?
Anyone who has ever been to Marburg knows that the Upper Town (the old town) and the castle are the most beautiful places of all. When you get lost in the maze of small alleys between the houses, you feel like you're entering a magical world. Luckily I live in the Upper Town!
How long have you been with us?
I became part of moinAI's team in October 2023 when I started my master's degree. While I am working remotely from Freiburg during the semester break, I really enjoy coming to the office in my hometown of Hamburg and meeting many of my dear colleagues there.
What tasks do you have?
Write, write;) Be it content for the website, the blog, the lexicon, the newsletter or social media: There is exciting content that can be created around the clock.
What do you particularly like about your work?
I particularly like two things: On the one hand, it's fun to be up to date with moinAI. AI is a highly topical, future-oriented topic and it is exciting to witness technological developments live. On the other hand, I appreciate moinAI's flexible and modern working model, the trust placed in you in your daily work, and the numerous lovely and competent colleagues.

You live in Freiburg, what is your favorite place there?
The city with the most hours of sunshine in Germany has so many beautiful corners that you can't even count them all on both hands. But if I had to decide, I'd say Dreisam and Schlossberg. You can walk or cycle along the Dreisam and immediately feel as if you were on vacation. From Schlossberg, you have a great view of the entire city and can even look as far as France on good weather days.
